These SMS Terms govern customer-care text messages sent through ClaudBot by Golden Globe L.L.C. (the "Program") at codexgrowth.com.

Program Overview

Program Name: ClaudBot

Company: Golden Globe L.L.C.

Use Case: CUSTOMER_CARE

Purpose: Operational customer-care SMS for existing, onboarded customers who request support. No marketing, promotions, or advertising messages are sent through this program.

Message Content: case updates, onboarding help, scheduling messages, and document/status notifications.

Consent and Opt-In

Consent must be obtained before sending customer-care SMS messages. Consent is collected verbally and recorded at the time of interaction in our CRM as either YES or NO.

If you do not provide consent, no SMS messages are sent.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Verbal Opt-In Script

Agents may use the following script when requesting consent:

"Would you like to receive customer-care text messages from ClaudBot by Golden Globe L.L.C. for onboarding and support updates? Message frequency varies, up to 4 msgs/month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Consent decision flow:

  • Customer says YES: consent is recorded in CRM and confirmation SMS is sent.
  • Customer says NO: no SMS messages are sent.

Message Frequency and Fees

Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month per customer, plus additional replies during active support conversations.

Help and Opt-Out

Help: Reply HELP for help.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
